Step 1: Install prerequisite software Bước 1: Cài phần mềm cần thiết

• ● iTunes — Download from apple.com or Microsoft Store. This provides the Apple USB drivers needed to communicate with iPhone. iTunes — Tải từ apple.com hoặc Microsoft Store. iTunes cung cấp driver USB Apple cần thiết để giao tiếp với iPhone.
• ● 3uTools — Download from 3u.com. Used as a helper during the initial setup process on iPhone. 3uTools — Tải từ 3u.com. Dùng làm công cụ hỗ trợ trong quá trình cài đặt ban đầu trên iPhone.

Step 2: Download & install iPhoneCtrl Bước 2: Tải và cài đặt iPhoneCtrl

1. Go to the Download page and download the latest installer (.exe) Truy cập trang Tải về và tải file cài đặt mới nhất (.exe)
2. Run the installer → Accept EULA → Choose install location (default is recommended) Chạy file cài đặt → Chấp nhận EULA → Chọn thư mục cài (khuyến nghị để mặc định)
3. Wait for installation to complete → Launch iPhoneCtrl from desktop shortcut or Start Menu Chờ cài đặt hoàn tất → Mở iPhoneCtrl từ shortcut desktop hoặc Start Menu

Step 3: Activate license Bước 3: Kích hoạt license

On first launch, you have two options: Lần đầu mở app, bạn có 2 lựa chọn:

Device not detected Không nhận diện được thiết bị

• • Make sure iTunes is installed and can see the device. If iTunes doesn't see it, iPhoneCtrl won't either. Đảm bảo iTunes đã cài và nhận được thiết bị. Nếu iTunes không thấy, iPhoneCtrl cũng không thấy.
• • Try a different USB cable — cheap or damaged cables are the most common cause. Thử cáp USB khác — cáp rẻ tiền hoặc hỏng là nguyên nhân phổ biến nhất.
• • Tap "Trust" on the iPhone. If the popup doesn't appear, go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset → Reset Location & Privacy. Nhấn "Tin cậy" trên iPhone. Nếu không hiện popup, vào Cài đặt → Cài đặt chung → Chuyển hoặc Đặt lại → Đặt lại Vị trí & Quyền riêng tư.
• • Try a different USB port — avoid front panel ports, use rear ports directly on the motherboard. Thử cổng USB khác — tránh cổng mặt trước, dùng cổng phía sau trên mainboard.

iPhoneControl.ipa fails to install Không cài được iPhoneControl.ipa

• • On iOS 16+, enable Developer Mode: Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode → Toggle ON → Restart. Trên iOS 16+, bật Developer Mode: Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật → Chế độ nhà phát triển → Bật → Khởi động lại.
• • Ensure the iPhone is unlocked during installation. Auto-lock will interrupt the process. Đảm bảo iPhone đã mở khóa trong quá trình cài đặt. Khóa tự động sẽ làm gián đoạn quá trình.
• • Check available storage — at least 500MB free is recommended. Kiểm tra dung lượng trống — khuyến nghị ít nhất 500MB trống.
• • Make sure you completed all 3 steps in the setup wizard, especially "Install Persistence Helper" in Step 2. Đảm bảo bạn đã hoàn thành cả 3 bước trong trình hướng dẫn, đặc biệt "Install Persistence Helper" ở Bước 2.

Screen not showing / black screen Không hiện màn hình / màn hình đen

• • Check if "Automation Running" is shown on iPhone. If not, the control app may need to be restarted. Kiểm tra xem "Automation Running" có hiện trên iPhone không. Nếu không, app điều khiển có thể cần khởi động lại.
• • Try unplugging and replugging the USB cable. This forces a reconnection. Thử rút cáp USB ra và cắm lại. Điều này buộc thiết bị kết nối lại.
• • Right-click the device in iPhoneCtrl and select "Restart WDA" to restart the control service. Nhấn chuột phải vào thiết bị trong iPhoneCtrl và chọn "Restart WDA" để khởi động lại dịch vụ điều khiển.

Video stream is laggy Video bị giật lag

• • Use USB 3.0 ports/hubs for better bandwidth. USB 2.0 can be a bottleneck with many devices. Dùng cổng/hub USB 3.0 để có băng thông tốt hơn. USB 2.0 có thể là nút thắt khi dùng nhiều thiết bị.
• • Reduce the number of connected devices or lower the video quality in Settings panel. Giảm số thiết bị kết nối hoặc giảm chất lượng video trong bảng Cài đặt.
• • Close other resource-heavy apps on your PC. iPhoneCtrl needs CPU for video decoding. Đóng các ứng dụng nặng khác trên PC. iPhoneCtrl cần CPU để giải mã video.
• • Try fullscreen mode for a single device to get the best quality stream. Thử chế độ toàn màn hình cho một thiết bị để có chất lượng stream tốt nhất.

Touch/tap not working Chạm/nhấn không hoạt động

• • Make sure "Automation Running" is shown on iPhone — this means the control service is active. Đảm bảo "Automation Running" hiện trên iPhone — nghĩa là dịch vụ điều khiển đang hoạt động.
• • Click directly on the video stream area, not outside it. Nhấn trực tiếp vào vùng video, không nhấn bên ngoài.
• • If broadcast mode is ON, make sure the correct devices are selected. Nếu chế độ điều khiển đồng loạt đang BẬT, đảm bảo đã chọn đúng thiết bị.
